Xinyi Church Introduction
For those who assisted in the construction of the church, the church presented a small plaque to hang at their front doors. In the early morning of December 28, 1997, a fire broke out in the village affecting the church. After more than three years of effort, a new church was built, while the old church, marked by the scars of the fire, was intentionally preserved. On one hand, the post-fire structure has a unique aesthetic appeal and stands as a part of the village's history. On the other hand, keeping it serves as a reminder and lesson for the villagers.
