Little Lotte Dumpling House Introduction
Xiao Le Tian Dumpling House, formerly known as Tong Fu Zhai Restaurant, was established in 1953 by Mr. Du Yu-shan at the intersection of Aiguo East Road and Bo'ai Road as a Northern cuisine restaurant. Due to a change of location and environment, Mr. Du and his wife founded Xiao Le Tian Dumpling House on Wuchang Street (Ximending Cinema Street) in 1974. In 1979, Mrs. Du opened a branch at the current location in Xindian, which was later renovated and reopened under the supervision of the second generation of their children. The second generation respects the management philosophy of the elders, selects high-quality ingredients, and does not add any preservatives or artificial colorings. They prioritize freshness and handcraft dumplings, earning the love and recognition of many locals.
