Little Lotte Dumpling House Introduction
Xiao Le Tian Dumpling House was originally founded as Tong Fu Zhai Restaurant by Mr. Du Yu Shan in 1953 at the corner of Ai Guo East Road and Bo Ai Road, serving Northern Chinese cuisine. Due to relocation and environmental changes, Mr. Du and his wife established Xiao Le Tian Dumpling House on Wu Chang Street (Ximen Film Street) in 1974. In 1979, Mrs. Du opened a branch at the current location in New Taipei. Subsequently, under the supervision of the elderly couple, their second-generation children renovated and reopened the restaurant. The second generation adheres to the business philosophy of the elders, selecting quality ingredients without adding any preservatives or artificial coloring, focusing on freshness and handmade dumplings, which have gained favor and recognition from many locals.
