Little Lotte Dumpling House Introduction
Xiao Le Tian Dumpling House was formerly known as Tong Fu Zhai Restaurant, founded by Mr. Du Yu-shan in 1953 at the intersection of Aiguo East Road and Boai Road as a northern cuisine restaurant. Due to relocation and changes in the environment, Mr. Du and his wife established Xiao Le Tian Dumpling House on Wuchang Street (Ximending Movie Street) in 1974. In 1979, Mrs. Du opened a branch at the current site in Xindian, which was later renovated and reopened under the supervision of the second generation of their children. The second generation continues the elderly couple's business philosophy, selecting ingredients carefully and not adding any preservatives or artificial colors, making dumplings by hand with a focus on freshness, which has earned a lot of love and recognition from local patrons.
