Little Lotte Dumpling House Introduction
Xiaole Tian Dumpling House was formerly known as Tongfu Restaurant, established by Mr. Du Yushan in 1953 at the intersection of Aiguo East Road and Boai Road as a Northern cuisine restaurant. Due to relocation and changes in the environment, Mr. Du and his wife opened Xiaole Tian Dumpling House in 1974 on Wuchang Street (Ximen Film Street). In 1979, Mrs. Du opened a branch at the current location in Xindian, which was later renovated and reopened by their second-generation children under the supervision of the elderly couple. The second generation respects the business philosophy of their elders, carefully selects ingredients, does not add any preservatives or artificial coloring, and insists on handcrafted dumplings made from fresh ingredients. This dedication has earned them the affection and recognition of many locals.
