Xiaoxijiao Wan Gui was established by Cai Zaifa in 1952. In the early days, it was just a small stall located under the Xiaoximen city gate. Due to its genuine ingredients, word of mouth gradually spread, and it gained popularity. The shop's fragrant and chewy Wan Gui, as well as the signature Dou Zai soup made from pork bones and pigeon peas, are the favorites among diners.
