Guang Hsing Meat Jerky Shop Introduction
The jerky is made by slicing whole pieces of meat and marinating them with a secret sauce that has been simmered for four hours. After an overnight marination, it is sun-dried and then slow-roasted over longan wood charcoal with a hint of honey fragrance, presenting the unique color and flavor brought by the bright sun of southern Taiwan. The pork floss is made by slowly cooking the pork until it becomes tender, rather than using flour to simulate crispness, because the ultimate pork floss is flaky, not crunchy.
