Xin Village Braised Snacks Introduction
Founded 36 years ago by the current owner's mother in Tainan City’s South District, the restaurant moved to its current location in Anping 12 years ago and continues to operate. The biggest feature of the braised dishes here is that they are made fresh and sold on the same day, never overnight, ensuring the ingredients are fresh without refrigeration, freezing, or chilling. Once you try the braised duck wings from Xin Cun Zi, you will find that in addition to the inherent chewiness of the duck wings, the smokey charcoal fragrance on the surface is something that ordinary braised dishes cannot match.
