Founded 36 years ago by the current owner's mother in the South District of Tainan City, the restaurant moved to its current location in Anping 12 years ago and continues to operate. The largest feature of our braised dishes is that they are freshly made and sold on the same day, never served overnight, to ensure the freshness of the ingredients, without refrigeration, freezing, or chilling.
