Lin Yong Tai Xing Preserved Fruits Shop Introduction
Yanping Street in Anping District has a history of over 300 years, and in Taiwan's first street, there exists another first: "Lin Yong Tai Hsing Preserved Fruits Store," which has an actual store history of over 130 years. Due to the high-quality ingredients used, with pickling materials mainly consisting of sugar, honey, licorice powder, and specially blended spices, and skilled production techniques, the reputation of the shop has been increasingly good, having been awarded the title of "Excellent Century-old Store" by the city government.
