Corner Steak House Introduction
Located on Lane 22 of University Road, in a quiet alley of the Cheng Kung University district. The Corner Restaurant features a vibrant orange reminiscent of the flamboyant tree from southern Taiwan, combined with an elegant white European architectural style. The founding chef, Tseng Jung-hsiung, has worked in Europe and, before the opening of the Grand Formosa Regent Taipei, was already at the prestigious Bankers Club, which has nurtured many outstanding dining professionals today. He later served as the sous chef of the Italian restaurant when the Grand Formosa Regent Taipei opened. In 1995, his dream came true when he opened his restaurant in Tainan. Today, with his professional dining experience and diligent management, The Corner has become one of the favorite dining spots for mid- to high-level professionals in southern Taiwan, and it is often recommended by many business people for entertaining foreign guests.
