Corner Steak House Introduction
Located on Lane 22 of University Road, in a quiet alley of the Cheng Kung University area. The restaurant at the corner features a passionate orange hue reminiscent of the flame tree, typical of southern Taiwan, combined with an elegant European white façade. The head chef, Zeng Rongxiong, has worked in Europe and was part of the prestigious Bankers Club at the World Trade Center before the opening of the Grand Formosa Hotel in Taipei, which has nurtured many outstanding culinary professionals. He later became the sous chef at the Italian restaurant when the Grand Formosa Hotel opened. In 1995, his dream came true when he established his restaurant in Tainan. Today, his professional dining experience combined with his dedication to management has made the corner restaurant one of the favorite dining spots for middle and upper-class individuals in southern Taiwan, and it is also a popular choice among business professionals for entertaining foreign guests.
