Corner Steak House Introduction
On Hongzhang Road, Lane 22 of University Road, in a quiet alley of Chengda University District. The restaurant at the corner showcases the passionate orange of the flamboyant tree of Southern Taiwan, combined with the elegant European white exterior. The chef-owner at the corner, Zeng Rongxiong, has worked in Europe and, before the opening of the Regent Taipei, was already at the prestigious Bankers Club, a nurturing ground for many of today's outstanding culinary talents. After the opening of the Regent Taipei, he served as the sous chef at the Italian restaurant there. In 1995, Dream Come True, he fulfilled his dream of opening a restaurant in Tainan. With professional dining experience and meticulous management, this corner restaurant has become one of the favorite dining spots for mid to high-level personnel in Southern Taiwan, and it is particularly popular among business people entertaining foreign guests.
