Unlike the exquisite Noah's Ark Western restaurant of the same system and the hearty Little Ark Skewers Pub, we bring back the taste of Japanese home cooking from our travels in Kyoto. Fresh seafood delivered daily, with seasonal changes bringing full and sweet flavors, allows you to taste different types of fish each time. The preparation of our rice bowls follows the techniques of Edomae sushi, aiming to showcase the natural flavors of the ingredients. Discovering the beauty of Taiwan and supporting local agricultural and livestock produce is our greatest intention, so that our cuisine can prosper alongside the land.
