Imagination Space Restaurant - Zhuang's Dad Kimchi Introduction
Founder Zhuang Ba - Zhuang Dongying grew up in Tainan, known as a city rich in culinary delights. From a young age, he developed a keen sense of taste for food and enjoyed exploring Taiwan's delicious local snacks while sharing good food recommendations. He once held sway over culinary experiences at the famous De Ming Bakery in Alishan's Fenchihu. His love for diverse cuisines led him to search for tasty recipes, and by chance, a friend with exceptional culinary skills generously shared their knowledge. This sparked Zhuang Ba's journey to creatively adapt Korean kimchi into dishes that combine Korean and Taiwanese flavors for locals to enjoy.
