Wuzhe was established in May 2008, located at the intersection of Section 1, Hai'an Road and Zunwang Road. The restaurant features an outdoor dining environment on both the first and second floors. With the development of Hai'an Road, the combination of cultural and creative arts with culinary culture has attracted an increasing number of visitors, making the entire Hai'an Road increasingly beautiful at night. Wuzhe Barbecue prepares each dish fresh upon order, primarily focusing on charcoal grilling. To minimize wait times for diners, we also offer stir-fried dishes and fried foods, and regularly change our menu to feature seasonal and high-quality ingredients. We personally source fresh ingredients daily, and it is worth mentioning that the fresh fruits and vegetables used at Wuzhe Barbecue are organically grown without the use of pesticides, allowing guests to enjoy every dish with peace of mind. With over seven years of operation, we take great care with every ingredient and treat each guest like family with our attentiveness and concern. *Grilled Fresh Eel: We use live eels, freshly killed on the day of order, each weighing over 600 grams (around 1.3 lbs), with a thickness of over 2 centimeters. Eels are rich in natural oils and nutrients.
