Wuzhih was established in May 2008, located at the intersection of Section 1, Hai'an Road and Zunwang Road. The restaurant features an open-air dining environment on the first and second floors. With the development of Hai'an Road, a combination of cultural creativity and culinary arts has attracted a steady influx of tourists, making the entire Hai'an Road increasingly beautiful at night. At Wuzhih BBQ, every dish is made to order, focusing on charcoal grilling, as we insist on cooking each item as it is ordered. To minimize waiting time for our guests, we also offer stir-fried and deep-fried dishes, and frequently update our menu with new items to ensure the use of seasonal and high-quality ingredients. We personally select fresh ingredients every day, and it's worth noting that our fresh vegetables and fruits are grown organically without pesticide spraying, allowing our guests to enjoy every dish with peace of mind. Having been in operation for over seven years, we take great care with each ingredient and treat every guest like family with thoughtful service and attention. *Grilled Fresh Eel: We use live eels that are freshly killed on the same day, with each eel weighing at least 1.16 pounds. The thickness of the eel is over 2 centimeters, and it is rich in natural oils and nutrients. Grilled directly over charcoal, the texture is firm and the flavor is unique, without the fishy smell typical of eel, making it one of the restaurant's culinary highlights. *Grilled Chicken Thigh: We carefully select deboned chicken thighs and grill them to achieve a crispy skin while keeping the meat tender and juicy, resulting in a satisfying texture.
