Since childhood, influenced by his grandmother and mother, the third-generation operator of the North Coast, Boss Huang, has a deep emotional connection to the culinary world and aspired to become a chef. In his pursuit of dreams, he decided to balance both education and experience, enrolling in a culinary program. Through academic training and practical experience, he participated in many competitions over the years and worked in several renowned restaurants. However, due to labor shortages at home, he resolutely returned to his hometown to work hard. To give traditional dishes a new lease on life, Boss Huang made considerable modifications compared to common seafood restaurant offerings. He combines what he has learned with the flavors of his grandmother and mother, re-developing the menu to resonate with customers.
