Douhua Workshop Introduction
Located on Guangming Street in Xindian, "Douhua Workshop" officially opened in March 2007, founded by a couple starting from scratch. The shop features a design rich in Chinese aesthetics, enhanced by lighting and decor, giving this simple tofu pudding shop a more urban and fashionable ambiance. In the process of exploring entrepreneurship, the couple not only visited numerous tofu pudding shops in Northern Taiwan but also researched and sought out high-quality ingredients at home, dedicating considerable effort and time to ensure the best texture for their customers. With their creativity, they developed unique items like "Black Douhua" and "Matcha Douhua," which became popular bestsellers after opening. Whether in summer or winter, Douhua Workshop also offers seasonal items like shaved ice and herbal jelly. The couple’s dedication to their business is definitely worth tasting and appreciating.
