Located on Guangming Street in Xindian, "Tofu Pudding Workshop" officially opened in March 2007. It was founded from scratch by a couple who embarked on this entrepreneurial journey together. During their exploration of entrepreneurship, the couple not only visited various tofu pudding shops in northern Taiwan but also researched and sought out quality ingredients at home, investing considerable effort and time to ensure they provide the best texture for their customers. With their creativity, they developed unique items such as "Black Tofu Pudding" and "Matcha Tofu Pudding," which have become popular bestsellers since opening.
