Shiding Old Street's highly popular delicacy "Shiding One Grain Zongzi" was founded in 1978 and is a nostalgic, traditional zongzi shop that has been around for over thirty years. The name "One Grain Zongzi" reflects the shop's confidence that customers will feel the healthiness and deliciousness of the zongzi after eating just one. It is not just addictive after one, but customers can also sense the owner's dedication. During holidays, tourists who come specifically or pass by often crowd the small shop, and the limited zongzi frequently sell out. Inside the shop, black-and-white photos hanging on the walls tell the story: "Over thirty years of good craftsmanship, brought together by chance, made with care, presenting local flavors" is the origin of One Grain Zongzi. The main products include zongzi, milk pudding, drinks, and sauces. The zongzi is known for being non-greasy and not causing bloating, made with the highest quality ingredients and awarded the Gold Medal in National Quality Assurance. Among them, the osmanthus zongzi is particularly special, a unique creation in Taiwan, developed over several years by incorporating whole osmanthus flowers into the zongzi for flavor, allowing customers to enjoy the fragrant osmanthus while tasting the zongzi.
