Shiding Yili Zong Introduction
Shihding Old Street's highly popular specialty "Shihding Yili Zong" was established in 1978. It is a traditional rice dumpling shop with over thirty years of history, named "Yili Zong" because the owner is confident that customers will feel the health and deliciousness of the dumpling after eating just one. Not only will one dumpling make you addicted, but it also reflects the owner's dedication. On holidays, tourists who come for a taste or pass by always crowd the small shop, and the limited dumplings are often sold out. Walking into the shop, one can see black-and-white photographs hanging on the wall, and a saying goes: "Over thirty years of craftsmanship, serendipitously brought together, thoughtfully made Yili Zong, presenting local good flavors." The main products include dumplings, pudding, drinks, and sauces. The dumplings are non-greasy, easy on the stomach, made with the highest quality ingredients, and have passed the national quality assurance's top gold medal award.
