Shiding Mago Sausage Introduction
Taipei's backyard - Shiding District. In the summer of 2004, while wrestling with the development of various sausages, the founder of Shiding Matsu Sausages, Hsu Shih-Hong, accidentally knocked over some powdered Matsu seasoning he had placed nearby into a sausage mixture he was not quite satisfied with after seasoning it. The owner was very frustrated but couldn't bear to waste the ingredients. With a restless heart, he proceeded to make it for his family’s dinner; at that moment, an unexpected event occurred. A mistake gave birth to a product with a unique texture and exceptional aroma - Matsu sausage. Its texture is soft yet strong, accompanied by a refreshing coolness, akin to the delightful chill of eating ice cream in summer. Matsu sausage is indeed a beautiful mistake! This accident introduced everyone to a new concept of healthy sausage, and thus, "Shiding Matsu Sausage" was born.
