In a moment of distraction, he accidentally knocked over a container of ground Matsu pepper, which fell into the sausage mixture that had already been seasoned but still did not meet his satisfaction. Boss Hsu was very frustrated, but he couldn't bear to waste the ingredients. With a restless heart, he still decided to make it into a product for his family's dinner. At that moment, a miracle occurred—a mistake led to the creation of a uniquely textured and fragrant product—Matsu Sausage. It has a tender yet firm texture, accompanied by a refreshing coolness, reminiscent of the delightful sensation of enjoying ice cream in summer. The Matsu Sausage is truly a beautiful mistake! This unexpected event brought forth a new concept of health-focused sausage, and thus, "Shihding Matsu Sausage" was born.
