To his surprise, this accidental move resulted in a unique and aromatic product—Ma Gao Sausage, which boasts a tender yet strong texture and a refreshing coolness reminiscent of eating ice cream in the summer. Indeed, Ma Gao Sausage is a beautiful mistake! This incident has introduced a new wellness concept in sausage-making, leading to the birth of "Shiding Ma Gao Sausage."
