Mei Mei Restaurant Introduction
Mei Mei Restaurant, which has been in operation for over half a century, is located on Shihding East Street in the Shihding District. It is a highly recommended establishment by many gourmets, and despite its unassuming exterior, it attracts large crowds. It is one of the representatives of traditional local delicacies in Shihding. Some of the most famous dishes include: white-cut capon, kung pao century egg, stir-fried flyhead, braised bamboo shoots, and three preparations of tofu (fried, soup, and red-braised), all of which are highly recommended by travelers visiting Shihding. The stir-fried areca flower, which has a high ordering rate in the restaurant, is prepared with shredded meat, sliced black fungus, carrots, and garlic, making it a highly praised dish.
