Xiao Ye Pudding Introduction

Mr. Yeh worked in hardware trading in Japan during his early years. In his spare time, he enjoyed tasting various breads and desserts, and during holidays, he would also make sweets himself, with his favorite being pudding. Because it is simple to make and the ingredients are easy to obtain, but despite its simplicity, pudding is not easy to prepare; the texture and aroma of the pudding can vary depending on temperature, ratios, and baking time. To create the perfect pudding in his mind, Mr. Yeh experimented with thousands of different ratios and combinations before finally formulating a delicious baked pudding with a golden ratio. In 2008, he returned to Taiwan and opened Little Yeh Pudding. Unlike many puddings available in the market that contain food additives, the biggest difference with Little Yeh Pudding is that it does not use any additives at all; it is made with the most natural ingredients, including eggs, milk, and granulated sugar. Every step from mixing, filling cups, baking to packaging is done entirely by hand. It was awarded as one of the Top Ten Souvenirs in Tainan City for two consecutive years from 2011 to 2012, receiving recognition and assurance from the Tainan City Government, making consumers feel more secure when buying and consuming it. In the future, we hope that people all over Taiwan will experience the effort and care put into Little Yeh Pudding.
