Xiao Ye Pudding Introduction
Mr. Yeh worked in hardware trading in Japan during his early years. In his spare time, he would travel around tasting bread and desserts, and during holidays, he would make desserts himself, with his favorite being pudding. Because it is simple to make and the ingredients are easy to obtain, but the seemingly simple pudding is not at all easy to make. With variations in temperature, proportions, and baking time, the texture and aroma of the pudding will differ. To create the perfect pudding in his mind, Mr. Yeh experimented with thousands of different proportions and combinations, eventually developing a delicious baked pudding with the golden ratio. In 2008, he returned to Taiwan and established Little Yeh Pudding. The biggest difference between Little Yeh Pudding and others on the market is that there are absolutely no food additives; it is made solely from the most natural eggs, milk, and sugar. Every step from mixing, cup-filling, baking to packaging is done entirely by hand. Moreover, from 2011 to 2012, it was recognized as one of the top ten souvenirs in Tainan City for two consecutive years. With the endorsement and assurance from the Tainan City Government, consumers can feel more at ease when purchasing and consuming it. In the future, Mr. Yeh hopes that everyone in Taiwan can appreciate the effort and dedication put into Little Yeh Pudding.
