Xiao Ye Pudding Introduction

Mr. Yeh worked in hardware trading in Japan during his early years. In his spare time, he would indulge in tasting various breads and desserts, and during his vacations, he would make desserts himself, with pudding being his favorite. Due to its simplicity in preparation and accessible ingredients, pudding may seem easy to make, but it is not as simple as it appears; the texture and aroma of the pudding can vary greatly depending on the temperature, ratios, and baking time. To create the perfect pudding he envisioned, Mr. Yeh tried thousands of different proportions and combinations, ultimately developing a delicious baked pudding with a golden ratio. He opened Xiao Yeh Pudding in Taiwan in 2008. Unlike many puddings on the market that often contain food additives, the biggest difference with Xiao Yeh Pudding is that it is made entirely without any additives, using only the most natural ingredients: eggs, milk, and sugar. Every step from mixing and filling cups to baking and packaging is done entirely by hand. In 2011 and 2012, Xiao Yeh Pudding was recognized as one of the top ten souvenirs in Tainan City, receiving confirmation and assurance from the Tainan City Government, allowing consumers to purchase and enjoy with peace of mind. Looking ahead, he hopes that people all over Taiwan can feel the effort and dedication behind Xiao Yeh Pudding.
