Yong'an 61 Garden Cafe Introduction
In 2016, the certified restaurant "Yongan 61 Garden Cafe" is located beside Taiwan's National Freeway No. 61 in Xinwu District. This place is a unique coffee leisure farm where, upon arrival, you will be greeted by Shiba Inu, black cats, and egg-laying chickens that are not shy at all. They have developed a habit of interacting with humans due to frequent visits from tourists. The farm not only has chickens but also sheep and geese, all animals are raised in a free-range environment, allowing the egg-laying hens to produce fresh and nutritious eggs for their own baking of desserts, making their products exceptionally delicious. Yongan 61 Garden Cafe operates as an ecological farm focusing on family and child visitors. The most popular coffee drinks are caramel lattes and floating iced coffee, with desserts made from seasonal fresh ingredients. In winter, they feature strawberry cake and double-layer pumpkin pie, while handmade cookies are also one of the signature desserts, with a moderate sweetness and rich egg flavor, allowing you to taste the quality in every bite.
