Yong'an 61 Garden Cafe Introduction
In 2016, the certified restaurant "Yong'an 61 Garden Coffee" located beside Taiwan Provincial Highway 61 in the Xinyu District offers a unique coffee leisure farm experience. Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by Shiba Inu, black cats, and hens who are not at all shy, as they are accustomed to regular tourist visits. Apart from chickens, the farm also features sheep and geese, all of which are raised in a free-range manner, allowing the hens to lay fresh and nutritious eggs for baking delicious desserts on-site. Yong'an 61 Garden Coffee operates as an ecological farm, primarily targeting family and parent-child customers. The most popular coffee selections include caramel latte and floating iced coffee, paired with desserts made from seasonal fresh ingredients. In winter, the highlights are strawberry cake and double-layer pumpkin pie, and handmade cookies are also one of the signature desserts, with moderate sweetness and a rich egg flavor, allowing each bite to showcase the genuine ingredients used.
