Guo’s Goose Meat Seafood Restaurant has become one of the must-visit old eateries in the Xinwu area under the earnest guidance of him and his wife, where many company gatherings, family dinners, or wedding banquets have left beautiful memories. Fresh and authentic creative dishes are, as the restaurant's name suggests, centered around goose meat and seafood as the biggest features and signature dishes. The owner’s wife states that the most popular dish in the restaurant is freshly caught fish from the Yong'an Fishing Port, recommending it steamed or pan-fried, with the Hakka-style steamed fish being particularly praised. Regardless of the fish type, with special oyster sauce, shallots, and ginger strips added, once steamed in a bamboo basket, it is ready to serve, emphasizing simple cooking that allows customers to savor the original fresh sweetness.
