From a small noodle stall to one of the well-known restaurants near Yong'an Fishing Port, the 50-year-old restaurant owned by Boss Zhu has witnessed the transformation of the Xinwu area from past desolation to today's prosperity. As a third-generation operator, she has watched her elders focus on preparing meals for customers since childhood, which naturally sparked her interest in running a restaurant. Every time she sees customers enjoying their meals with satisfaction, it not only brings her joy but also enhances her sense of mission.
