From a small noodle stall to one of the most well-known restaurants near Yong'an Fishing Port, the 50-year-old shop run by Boss Zhu has witnessed the transformation of Xinwu District from past desolation to today's prosperity. As a third-generation operator, she grew up watching her elders diligently preparing meals for customers, which gradually sparked her interest in running a restaurant. Every time she sees customers eating with great satisfaction, it not only brings her joy but also adds a sense of mission. Dishes like Xinwu local goose, osmanthus three-spot crab, signature sweet and sour fish, and Hakka crispy tofu are flavors not to be missed.
