The sisters in their pink uniforms are the most eye-catching living sign in the cooked food section of Yong An Fishing Port, with friendly greetings and sweet smiles that are hard to forget! Named "Sisters," they are actually a family of four daughters. As they are locals from Xinwu, their affection for their hometown and passion for food can be seen in their dishes. The family works together to design a customer-satisfying menu. Interestingly, both head chefs also take on the role of "brother-in-law." Because they are family, every new dish must undergo a taste-test challenge, especially since the sisters manage the front of the house and know the customers best, making their quality control stricter. With a commitment to quality and fair prices, the owner, Ms. Chen, succinctly states, "Serve big portions, and don't fear customers eating!" Using good ingredients without raising prices is a consensus they all agreed upon when starting the restaurant. Over the years, she has learned that even with the same dish name and ingredients, the order in which they are added can greatly change the flavor.
