The sisters in pink uniforms are the most eye-catching live sign in the cooked food area of Yong'an Fishing Port. Their friendly greetings and sweet smiles are hard to forget! Named "Sisters," they are actually four daughters in the family. As locals from Xinwu, their affection for their hometown and passion for food can be seen in their dishes. The entire family works together to design a menu that satisfies customers. Interestingly, the two head chefs also have the title of "brother-in-law." Being family means every time a new dish is created, it must pass the taste-test challenge since the sisters are responsible for front-of-house operations and understand customer preferences best, thus ensuring strict quality control.
